The location of the hotel is perfect, situated near popular points of interest including Sant' Oronzo Square, Piazza Mazzini, and Lecce Cathedral. The rooms at the hotel are well-equipped with amenities like free WiFi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The staff at the hotel were helpful and responsive, resolving any issues promptly. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a taste of authentic Italian cuisine.
Minor issue: Limited amenities in the rooms, such as a kettle or instant coffee/tea-making facilities.

Lovely city views, good WiFi. Convenient airport shuttle, great for dragging your luggage around. Italian breakfast available, perfect for carb-loading before a day of exploring. Lecce Train Station within a decent walking distance, a workout before stuffing your face some more.
Just loved having to wait for the staff to show up, really added to the suspense of my vacation. Wait, what?

Rooms were spacious, clean, and had modern amenities like a small fridge and a nice shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The host was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to our needs. We felt like we got great value for our money!
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety or maybe even a coffee and tea facility in the room.

The room was clean and spacious and had a fridge which was a nice extra. The location was fantastic with lots of great restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. The room also had good heating which was appreciated on the chilly evenings.
The pillows were overly large and uncomfortable which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. , there was a lack of communication regarding the housekeeping schedule and we had to repeatedly remind them that we did not need daily room service.

First of all, the location is perfect. It's just off a central street, so everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself has nice rooms with clean bathrooms and even a fridge, which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and provided clear information for check-in and check-out. The basic amenities were all there, and I was especially happy with the value for money. The prices were reasonable, and I felt like I got a good deal.
The only small issue was that the shower leaked a bit, leaving a puddle after use. But overall, everything was ok!

Enjoyed the city views and free WiFi, felt like a tech-savvy queen. The Italian breakfast each morning was a tasty way to start the day. Plus, the roundtrip airport shuttle was a godsend – saved me from dealing with public transportation.
Oh, eating breakfast inside the room would be so convenient. I just love to have crumbs everywhere, it's like an edible carpet!

I chose Rooms Palazzo Paladini because of its convenient location near Sant'Oronzo Square, and I was pleasantly surprised by the late check-in option. The availability of an Italian breakfast at the bed and breakfast was also a great feature.
That the mattress in our room was heavily deformed with a hollow in the middle. The host's response to my complaint was dismissive and unhelpful.

The location of this B&B was perfect for my business trip. It was within walking distance to all the places I needed to go. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of work. I also appreciated the small fridge in the room and the modern shower.
The pillows provided were too big and hard to use, resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. the tourist tax was not explained at check-in, leading to unexpected additional charges.
